Infinium has rescued me from a system failure, and I'm now a customer for life!  Here's what happened:  I recently got my first electric vehicle, and a friend recommended an electrician to install the charger.  That electrician did a great job, but when the installation was finished, half my solar panels had stopped working.  My solar was installed eleven years ago, and had been flawless from day one, but when this problem arose, I discovered my installer no longer existed.  Infinium stepped in and diagnosed the problem right away - my panels were still producing, but were no longer reporting their output.  Infinium replaced the failed microinverters, and everything is working perfectly again.  Thanks to Carlos who did the installation, Jiel who diagnosed the problem, Lou who managed the project, and anyone else I've left out : )  It's great to have Infinium set up as the new service and maintenance provider for my solar installation.

Infinium Solar was contracted to install solar panels for my home energy needs. Since my house roof is cal-pac stone-coated metallic tiles, not all the solar vendors had the ability to install on this kind of roof. Infinium Solar had the expertise to handle such complicated roof. Also, I was  in a hurry to complete the project by Dec 31, 2025 to get the federal tax credit. When I first contacted Infinium Solar, Tavee Phatt, the tech sales manager was ready to come in person to examine my roof and take measurements to provide the quote. After signing the contract, much time was spent in getting the city permit and as well I was worried whether the project would be completed in time to get the federal credit. However, the crew worked expeditiously and completed the project in record pace and get the PTO on the last day of the year. I'd like to   thank the entire crew including Ambrish, who helped with the all the concerns I had on the contract details, Jerome who managed the entire project judiciously, and not but the least Kirby, who dealt with PGE handedly. I got a rooftop solar + battery system from Infinium late last year. The sales guy, with the great name of Atahualpa, was one of the better solar sales guys I talked to....and I talked to quite a few before pulling the trigger with Infinium. The PM and install team were all very professional and the project was completed without any major hitches. All good, I'd highly recommend you contact them if you are interested in residential rooftop solar. The bit that finally got me to write this review was their post-install customer service. I noticed the phone app that shows the energy produced, consumed, imported, exported and battery charge/discharge was showing some incorrect values. Like most electronic things these days, it mostly like just needed a reset of some kind, because it was working fine for months before developing this little glitch. An email to their customer service mailbox got same day service! The person monitoring the mailbox sent it on to Jiel, a Service and Tech Support Engineer, and they fixed it remotely. The Infinium team was a pleasure to work with, from my initial approach with Nader, coordination with Nil, installation with Derek and team, and final setup and inspection with Carlos. I was pleased with the efficiency of communication and range of options provided and the smooth permitting and installation process. My original installer is out of business and my system was having both electrical and leak issues due to their poor craftsmanship, so I reached out to Infinium to get help. After many hours on the phone with Enphase customer support and then paying an excellent electrician none of which were able to help me resolve the problem. I finally got connected with Tavee at Infinium Solar. What an amazing knowledgeable and helpful expert he truly is!  This was the difference between night and day, immediately I realized I was speaking with somebody who actually understood and knew what they were talking about. It was almost instantaneous. He was able to tell me what to do to resolve my problem on the phone, after I’d already spent many hours with Enphase on the phone without any resolution!  I was beyond frustrated. Then I called Infinium Solar and was connected to Tavee who was able to resolve this problem within the first 30 minutes.  I thought I needed to have somebody come out in person and he said “wouldn’t you like to See if we could save you  $500 ?”  “let me try to solve it on the phone with you “. and sure enough he did!! not only did he resolve the problem but he checked in with me regularly for a week following our initial contact to make sure that the system  was continuing to work. He even was available on weekends and after hours, incredibly responsive, and so clearly understood the Enphase communication system and  the micro inverters and the communication systems and the computers he gets it all. I can’t recommend Tavee and this company enough so happy to have you now as my support if I should have future problems with my solar system, thank you thank you.!!
